1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Mikey Markets ("we," "us," "our"), based in Metro Manila, Philippines, and any services described on it. By visiting the Site, submitting a form, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Mikey Markets provides GoHighLevel CRM and automation build-outs, AI agent workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make), and bookkeeping/reporting services, generally scoped and priced through an individual discovery call and separate written agreement (a Statement of Work, proposal, or invoice) with each client. These Terms cover the website itself; the specific terms of any paid engagement are set out in that separate agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; interfere with the Site's operation (including the embedded booking widget); scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including copy, the Mikey Markets name and logo, page design, and case-study descriptions — is owned by us or used under license, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written consent, except for normal personal, non-commercial browsing and sharing (e.g., linking to a page).

Screenshots and process maps shown in our case studies depict systems built for past clients; they are shared as portfolio evidence of work performed, with identifying client details generalized or omitted where appropriate.

5. Client Content & Deliverables

Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement (e.g., a built CRM pipeline, automation workflow, or bookkeeping records) is governed by that engagement's separate written agreement. Absent such an agreement, deliverables are licensed to the client for their own business use upon full payment, while we retain the right to reference the underlying build (in generalized form) as portfolio work, consistent with Section 4.

6. Fees & Payment

Pricing for automation and bookkeeping services is quoted individually after a discovery call and is not listed on this Site. Payment terms, deposits, and invoicing schedules are set out in the applicable proposal or Statement of Work. 7. No Guarantee of Results

Any figures shown on this Site — including the Lead Response ROI Calculator — are illustrative estimates generated from numbers you enter, and are provided for planning purposes only. They are not a guarantee, prediction, or warranty of any specific business outcome, revenue increase, or return on investment. Actual results depend on factors outside our control, including your industry, existing processes, and market conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mikey Markets and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mikey Markets and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Links & Services

This Site embeds or links to third-party services (including a GoHighLevel/LeadConnector booking calendar and Google Fonts). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. Terms governing a specific paid engagement survive termination of general Site access, per that engagement's own agreement.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate signed client agreement specifies otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally; failing that, the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, or another venue specified in a signed client agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
